Our Commitment to a Positive Community
Philly Cam is built on the principle that everyone deserves a safe, respectful place to connect with others. These guidelines outline expected behavior for all members of our Philadelphia community. By using our platform, you agree to follow these standards.
What We Encourage

What's Not Allowed
Harassment and Bullying
Do not harass, threaten, bully, or stalk other users. This includes offensive comments about someone's identity, appearance, beliefs, or personal circumstances.
Inappropriate Content
No sexually mature material, nudity, or pornographic content. No violent, graphic, or disturbing imagery. No hate speech or discriminatory language.
Impersonation
Don't pretend to be someone else—whether another person, organization, or entity. Misrepresentation erodes trust in the community.
Spam and Advertising
No unsolicited promotions, commercial messages, or spam. Don't use Philly Cam to sell products, services, or recruit for other platforms.
Scams and Fraud
No attempting to defraud, extort, or manipulate others for financial gain. No fake profiles created for deceptive purposes.
Privacy Violations
Don't share other people's private information—doxxing is strictly prohibited. This includes addresses, phone numbers, workplace details, or any info someone hasn't voluntarily shared publicly.
Recording Without Consent
Recording, screenshoting, or redistributing video chats without full consent from all parties is prohibited and may be illegal.
Illegal Activity
Any illegal activities are strictly forbidden. This includes but is not limited to: solicitation of illegal services, discussion of illegal acts with intent, or promotion of harm.
Consequences for Violations
Violations of these guidelines may result in:
- Warning: First-time or minor violations receive a warning and explanation.
- Temporary suspension: More serious or repeated violations result in temporary account suspension.
- Permanent ban: Severe violations or continued non-compliance lead to permanent removal from the platform.
- Legal reporting: When appropriate, we report illegal activity to law enforcement.
We review each report carefully and aim to be fair and consistent. If you believe your account was suspended in error, you may appeal to [email protected].
Enforcement
Our moderation team reviews all reports and takes appropriate action. We also use automated systems to detect and prevent some violations. Not every violation is caught—that's where our community comes in.
Reporting helps everyone. If you witness behavior that violates these guidelines, please report it immediately. You can report users directly from their profile or during a video chat. Reports are anonymous and reviewed promptly.
